Nick is a Transaction Manager based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Services Center.
Nick currently works on the JPMorgan Chase Bank account where he is responsible for managing lease renewal transactions across their 5,000+ branch retail portfolio in the United States. In this role, Nick oversees the Southeast region and is responsible for lease negotiations purchase negotiations, and market optimization strategies. Nick has completed over 100 transactions valued at over $40M. Nick also partners with JPMorgan Chase stakeholders on evaluating market rates to help determine what the best strategy is for each Branch.
Prior to his current role, Nick worked on the DoorDash account team where he was responsible for opening new DashMarts across the Northeast. In this role, Nick was responsible for the due diligence process, LOI, Lease, and construction management with new locations. During his time on the Doordash account, he implemented a new training process to help onboard new team members as well as overhauled the client’s standard LOI and due diligence process. In addition to opening new locations, he was responsible for upcoming renewal, parking agreement, and disposition transactions in the existing portfolio.
Prior to the Doordash account, Nick worked as a sales associate at CoStar Group. Nick’s duties included training 550+ existing CoStar users how to search for specific availabilities, sales/lease comparables, and run custom reports. He also was responsible for prospecting for new sales opportunities while managing the full sale cycle. He prepared and presented CoStar demos which included custom-based reports and searches to provide value to prospective customers. Nick was also responsible for selling Loopnet marketing ads and was briefly trained on the TenX platform to inform prospective sellers about the platform.
Before joining CoStar, Nick worked on the Edward Jones account at Cushman and Wakefield where he was responsible for opening new locations across Florida, Washington, and California. Nick was responsible for the entire project management cycle which included site identification, LOI, Lease negotiations, construction management, and opening of the branch. Nick partnered with Edward Jones stakeholders on implementing process improvement, including piloting construction PM role, multi-FA branch locations, and developing a standardized playbook for new hire training.
