Rob is a commercial real estate broker in the Cushman & Wakefield, Wilmington, Delaware office specializing in the representation of landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers of all asset classes of commercial real estate in the Delaware and Chester County, PA markets.
Rob has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate, having represented one of Delaware's largest and most active commercial developers for over 15 years of that time. Rob has extensive sales/leasing experience in all asset classes, including office, medical office, industrial, retail, lab/life-science, and institutional/educational. Rob has closed over 1,000 lease transactions in his career thus far, with a mix of both national and local tenants. Rob is always focused on achieving a high degree of client satisfaction which he knows only comes with being deeply involved in the market and the community. Rob is well versed in the real estate development process in Delaware, and has also worked on multiple speculative office developments in the Wilmington market. He is experienced in the concepts of design, cost-estimation, zoning/land-use planning as well as space planning.
Rob was born and raised in Wilmington Delaware, and is an alum of Archmere Academy and the University of Delaware.
