Sam Arthur joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 specializing in tenant representation brokerage with a focus in multi-market account relationships for office and industrial end users. Sam’s primary responsibilities include creating, managing, and servicing national and global corporate relationships. In his first two years, Sam contributed to more than 150 transactions totalling 2.9 msf and $125M in aggregate rent value. Sam has represented both small business and national companies in site selection, financial analysis, and negotiations of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development of commercial real estate. His client industries range from manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and diversified firms.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Sam worked at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, as a commercial mortgage broker. Sam focused on servicing individual investors who owned multi-family and retail properties. Sam is a graduate of the University of Colorado and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
