Sean Glickman, CCIM leads the Florida Retail Services team. Sean is a retail investment expert, serving many institutional and private shopping center owners throughout the southeast region of the U.S.

Sean has a global real estate investment and development background and is considered one of the foremost experts in multi-tenant retail investments and development and is personally responsible for over $2.5 billion in transactions since 2003.
In the last eight years Sean has been managing the retail investment Advisory Group at Colliers International in Central Florida. Prior to joining Colliers in 2016, he served as the Director of Retail Investment Advisory Group at Coldwell Banker Commercial between 2010 and 2016 and as a retail investment sales broker at Marcus & Millichap.
Prior to his broker’s career Sean has been building investment syndications to invest and develop real estate projects throughout Florida, Louisiana and more. Examples of Sean’s recent projects include a 300 acres golf course community in Baton Rouge Louisiana.
