Mr. Kelly is a commercial real estate appraiser and consultant with over 29 years of experience. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Kelly’s was President of Kelly Commercial Consultants, Inc. in Tempe, Arizona (March 1994 – September 2007); Manager and Senior Vice President of the Phoenix Appraisal and Consulting Services Division of Grubb & Ellis Company (June 1992 – February 1994); Appraiser/Consultant with Burke Hansen, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona (July 1990-June 1992); Appraiser/Consultant with Sell, Huish & Associates, Inc. in Tempe, Arizona (April 1982 – July 1990); and Appraiser/Consultant with Clifford B. Kelly, MAI in Phoenix, Arizona (September 1981 – March 1982).

Mr. Kelly has appraised a wide range of property types, including vacant and improved commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential properties. Specializing in income-producing properties, including retail centers, office complexes, industrial properties, vacant commercial/industrial land, and airport properties, Mr. Kelly has appraised properties throughout Arizona (Maricopa, Pinal, Pima, La Paz, Mohave, and Coconino), California, Colorado, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Texas, and Utah.
