Stevie Greiner is the local operations lead for the Sacramento, Oakland, Walnut Creek, Stockton & Pleasanton offices. She is responsible for overall business operations within the Northern California East Bay & Central Valley markets, as well as the direction and leadership of the local brokerage administrative staff. Stevie obtained her MBA at UC Davis, with a focus in data-driven decision making in marketing and finance.
The Ice Blocks
The Cushman & Wakefield team has worked hand-in-hand with the developers of the Ice Blocks project in Sacramento to create a strong brand and bold marketing strategy in order to attract first-to-market national brands. Ms. Greiner developed the project’s website, generating a waitlist of over 1,000 for the residential housing and driving over 10,000 users to the site prior to a single tenant open for business. Additionally, Ms. Greiner combines analytical, financial and graphic communication tools to generate targeted, engaging and informative collateral.
