About

Tyler Paytas joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 as the PDS Platform & Solutions Lead for Global Occupier Services (GOS), In this role, he drives the strategic vision for Project & Development Services (PDS), ensuring seamless integration within GOS to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions. Tyler works closely with the enterprise sales team to shape and articulate value-driven service delivery models. He also collaborates with PDS and GOS Platform and Regional Leaders to operationalize accounts and achieve outstanding results for clients worldwide.

Affiliations

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tyler was Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s Global Project Management service line, overseeing service delivery for JPMorgan Chase & Co. He led a 250+ person organization across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, with responsibility for project execution, service line operations, and team leadership.

During his 14+ year tenure at CBRE, Tyler held key leadership roles, including Project Manager, Market Lead, and Talent Director, gaining deep expertise in project strategy, operational excellence, and talent development.
