Energy tracking and benchmarking using ENERGY STAR® and Cushman & Wakefield’s proven best practices to reduce consumption.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Best-in-class processes and procedures to ensure reliability, efficiency and enhanced life expectancy for building equipment and systems.
EHS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Manage inspections and preventive programs to deliver work spaces that are comfortable, safe and compliant with local, state and national codes and standards.
FIRE & LIFE SAFETY
Managing system compliance with NFPA codes and standards and system integrity through routine tests and inspections, and developing emergency plans.
PHYSICAL ASSET
Maintaining high building standards and finishes including the front of the house, back of the house, exterior finishes and landscaping.
WATER TREATMENT
Mitigating risks and liability by maintaining water quality for systems, providing efficient operation and minimizing piping loss due to corrosion and scale.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Conducting formal on-site training of operations, equipment and systems, procedures and processes. Partnering with vendors for training on industry and technology changes.
