Dykeman joins Greater Toronto Area leadership team to drive growth in suburban markets

TORONTO, March 21, 2019 – Brad Dykeman has joined Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) as Senior Managing Director of Toronto Suburban Markets.  

Brad Dykeman TorontoDykeman has more than 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with deep roots in the brokerage and investment side of the business as well as expertise in strategic business development and land development pursuits. As Senior Managing Director of the Toronto Suburban operations, Dykeman will be responsible for deepening client relationships and strengthening the suburban market platforms to drive growth.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Dykeman was Director of Sales at Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc., a QuadReal company. In that position, Dykeman contributed to the growth strategy of the developer’s national portfolio through acquisitions, expansions, and greenfield development opportunities across Canada. Under his leadership, Dykeman elevated Parkbridge’s status as the country’s largest owner operator of land lease communities. In addition, Dykeman previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield where he focused on hotel and mid-market investment brokerage across the Greater Toronto Area.
