His background includes construction oversight experience as a quality control consultant for high-profile projects including the Amazon YEG2 Slingshot Facility, The Ice District, and ULINE Distribution Centre. This hands-on experience, complemented by his studies in Commerce at MacEwan University and Urban Land Economics at the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, provides him with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of commercial real estate.
Working alongside an accomplished team that includes Kurt Paull, Will Harvie, and Nick Mytopher, Max has contributed to hundreds of sale and lease transactions across North America. Supported by nearly four decades of collective experience, he provides the analytical rigor and seamless execution that clients demand. His proactive and client-centric approach ensures tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and maximize value throughout every transaction.
Prior to his real estate career, Max played hockey across Canada, where he served as captain of the Melville Millionaires and was named Scholastic Player of the Year. Outside of work, Max enjoys outdoor activities and quality time with family and friends.
