Sam joined Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial team in early 2020 and has developed a strong understanding of Calgary’s real estate market. Sam’s focus is primarily on landlord and vendor representation, identifying client needs and providing solutions. Sam is a highly competitive, disciplined and hardworking individual with a diverse background.
Sam works closely with the C&W Calgary Industrial Advisory team and assists clients with owner/occupier land and building sales, investment sales, leasing, renewals and build-to-suit transactions.
Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Sam played professional football in the Canadian Football League for 8 seasons and won the Grey Cup with the 2013 Saskatchewan Roughriders. He was born and raised in Calgary.
