Zeshan joined Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton’s Industrial division with an extensive background in accounting and financial management. After completing his articling requirements to become a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, Zeshan went on to work for Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club. During his time with the organization, he managed the finances of the WHL’s Edmonton Oil Kings, baseball’s Edmonton Capitals and Aquila Productions.

While working at Aquila, Zeshan also was given a rare opportunity to host a seasonal program on Rogers Sportsnet called The Cricket Report. Using his passion for the sport, along with an interest in film and television, he was also involved in pre and post-production of the show.

Zeshan believes that trust is paramount to serving his clients most effectively. The client needs to know that their Commercial Real Estate Representative is going to have a clear understanding of their needs and business plan in order to achieve those goals.
