OVERVIEW
The building exterior is a silver reflective glass curtainwall. A unique floor plan allows for 19 corner offices and 5 bay windows per floor. Four electric passenger elevators service all 6 floors. Heating is supplied by hot water perimeter radiation and central variable air volume. Light fixtures are used for supply and air return, and one thermostat per bay is located on the perimeter. The ceiling is on a 5' X 5' grid system with 1' X 5' task lighting fixtures with plug in connections for easy relocation. The project houses three office buildings totaling 750,000 sq.ft. of space. Hwy. #401 is situated just to the north providing convenient access to the expressway system. The building is connected by a covered pedestrian corridor to the York Mills subway station and regional bus depot, 11,000 sq.ft. of retail space has been incorporated in Phase I along with a restaurant located in a restored house on the site.
