Peter is a Vice Chair with Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group, based out of Toronto. He is experienced in valuation, consulting, market rental study/analysis, and financial modelling of various asset types. Over the past 11 years, Peter has been involved in several notable valuation assignments and has provided valuation/consulting services for purposes of financing, financial reporting, litigation/arbitration, and expropriation.

Key areas of expertise include: valuation for acquisitions or disposition of real estate assets (single and portfolio assets), assisting compensation claims for property fee or partial takings by municipal authorities in expropriation proceedings (Sect 25 of the Ontario Expropriations Act), evidence and expert witness testimony, investigation and forensic appraisal review in assistance to legal procedures and discovery, and real estate consulting for development prospective and rental market analysis studies/locational availability studies.

From 2013 to 2015, Peter sat on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Association of the Appraisal Institute of Canada serving as a Director at Large. Currently, Peter sits on the Leadership Development & Nominations Committee and Public & Government Relations Committee within the Appraisal Institute of Canada – Ontario Association.
