Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of two senior leaders to Development & Commercial Advisory (DCA) within its Project & Development Services (PDS) business.
Sam Asher joins as Senior Director, Head of Development & Commercial Advisory, Project & Development Services, Asia Pacific. Sam has over 20 years’ experience working across major infrastructure projects including data centres, aviation, roads & tunnelling and the logistics & industrial sectors. A chartered quantity surveyor, Sam has also served as a commercial director and financiers’ verifier. As Head of DCA, Sam is responsible for managing the team and growing Cushman & Wakefield's share of market across the built environment.
Will Kennedy-Cooke joins as Senior Director, Development & Commercial Advisory, Project & Development Services, Asia Pacific. Will has led specialist teams and managed the delivery of some of the largest building and infrastructure developments in Asia Pacific. Within DCA, he will continue to advise on feasibilities, project strategy & structuring, board/stakeholder communications, alternative delivery models and project monitoring.
