Brenda has more than 25 years of industrial real estate experience, delivering end-to-end solutions to clients across industry sectors and asset class. She possesses a strong track record in transaction management, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, lease transactions, build-to-suit, as well as sale-and-leaseback arrangement.

Her wealth of experience in Singapore’s industrial real estate, which include business parks, ecommerce logistics infrastructure and data centres, has earned her a strong reputation in the market where her views are sought after by the media as well as clients.

Brenda also provides consultancy services such as market feasibility studies to help property owners, investors, occupiers and institutional funds to make informed decisions. Her strong grasp of government policies is a value-add to clients where she often, on their behalf, fronts their negotiations with government agencies.

At Cushman & Wakefield, Brenda heads up the Singapore Logistics & Industrial business supervising a team of 12 members. She participates as a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Asia Pacific Practice Group for Logistics & Industrial and the Asia Pacific Data Centre Advisory Practice Group.

In her career, she has undertaken several data centre assignments, successfully identifying suitable assets that meet the stringent requirements of clients. This includes carrying out market surveys, conducting risk assessment and undertaking extensive due diligence on technical specifications such as power supply and floor loading capacity, in addition to managing strict government guidelines and policies.
