Claire is a Senior Associate Director of the Valuation & Advisory in Cushman & Wakefield, Singapore. She has 21 years of extensive valuation and consultancy experience since she started her real estate career in 1992.

Claire has extensive experience in the field of valuation and advisory work of a wide range of properties including landed and non-land housing, logistic and warehousing facilities, commercial complexes, hotels, car parks, factories, land, serviced apartments, recreational developments for purposes including financing, mergers and acquisitions, public listings, differential premium and compulsory acquisition appeals, stamp and estate duties and sale and purchase. She has also been called upon to be an expert witness in litigation cases.
