As an experienced facilities management and workplace professional with more than 25 years industry experience, Damian brings a deep understanding and wealth of capability to our client operated portfolios and real estate interests. As a people leader with extensive experience in all aspects of property and building operations including comprehensive technical knowledge combined with ability to think and act strategically while managing large scale teams and complex commercial operations, he provides expert advice, direction and oversight to C&W’s growing workplace and facilities management capabilities. 

Based in Singapore, as Head of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) for the Asia Pacific region, Damian leads and supports the identification, development, and delivery of Cushman & Wakefield's IFM program as part of the Global Occupier Services (GOS) team. Supported by a strong team of professionals, C&W’s IFM offering is differentiated from that of its peers through Damian’s vision to provide a tangible value proposition built on a platform of trust, accountability, teamwork, and transparency – values that are close to his own personal ethos and style.  

Damian brings a truly international experience to the platform, having launched his career in New Zealand before spending time in Australia and eventually settling in Singapore, where he has supported a broad range of both international and closer to home clients. This truly pan-Asia background, outlook and perspective gives him a unique perspective and capability in his many relationships and connections across the industry. 
Damian is married, has two boys at primary school, and has called Singapore home for more than 15 years.
