Jann is the Associate Director of Cushman & Wakefield Singapore, and responsible for Commercial, Retail and Industrial Leasing. She has more than 13 years of real estate experience in commercial and retail business.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2011, she was with commercial leasing at Savills Singapore for 9 years. She has experience in commercial sale and leasing transactions. Jann has also gained significant experience in tenant representation for new lease acquisitions and renewals. She has worked closely with local and regional corporations providing advisory and real estate solutions. Jann was also responsible for marketing of several office buildings for our clients.
