Cheng Su Chen is a key member of the senior leadership team at C&W Services, the facilities and engineering arm of Cushman & Wakefield, in Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, she strengthens Cushman & Wakefield Services’ position as one of Singapore’s top facilities management companies.

Su Chen has extensive industry experience in property and facilities services, marketing and leasing. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, she held multiple appointments within Singapore’s government agencies. She was also awarded the Commendation Medal in 2000.

Su Chen’s knowledge and expertise allow her to provide exceptional strategic direction, drive technological innovations and oversee business development. She has helped the firm win the Best FM Service Provider from the International Facilities Management Association in 2016 & 2017.
