The new renovations continue to drive Azca forward.
If 2015 represented a new turning point for AZCA after the economic crisis, the post-pandemic years have seen record figures in its market fundamentals.
Certain similarities have been reflected between the exit from the crisis and that of Covid-19. While in the first period of recovery, the national and regional economies were expanding and the demand for office spaces in Madrid was entering a consolidation phase, the available surface area in AZCA was increasing. With the new cycle in 2021, availability reached levels similar to 2015. In 2022, demand for space in Azca was reactivated once the new strategies of companies for their workspaces, the return to the office, and the incorporation of hybrid work models were consolidated.
Furthermore, at the end of 2022, the starting shot was given for the RENAZCA operation, where large property owners and important companies in the area once again agreed on a working line to rehabilitate common areas and infrastructures between buildings. In this way, the office hub itself could be an example.
