Iberdrola Inmobiliaria has awarded Cushman & Wakefield the commercialization, asset management, and customer experience of the Llevant and Ponent Towers – two iconic buildings located in the Sants-Montjuïc district of Barcelona. This agreement strengthens the strategic alliance between both entities for the development of high-end assets.

The Llevant and Ponent Towers are part of the largest business park in Barcelona, which hosts prominent tenants such as Cellnex Telecom, the Catalonia Waste Agency, Laboratorios Ordesa, Arxada, Haier, and recently, AXA.
