2022 Key Achievements
- Median gender pay gap figure has continued its downward trend, decreasing a further two percentage points year-on-year to 25.9% in 2022
- This has declined every year since 2018, when it stood at 33.5%
- Mean gender pay gap remained static year-on-year at 29.2% in 2022, having declined from 35.8% since 2018.
