Cushman & Wakefield Expands EMEA Project & Development Services Team With Senior Appointments

  • Camilla Bastoni joins as an International Partner from CBRE to lead account management across PDS EMEA 
  • Kris Willson joining as a Partner from JLL to lead major EMEA corporate client account 
  • Latest arrivals follow appointment of Nic Wilkinson as Chair of PDS EMEA and hire of Gillian Bullen as Head of Operations 

London, 05 April 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield has made several senior appointments to its Project & Development Services (PDS) EMEA team, boosting client account management capabilities across its regional business. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s PDS EMEA team provides services including project management, design & build, sustainability consulting, interior design & workplace consultancy, building consultancy, building engineering, and cost consultancy to investor and occupier clients.  

Camilla Bastoni joins as an International Partner and Head of PDS EMEA Account Management from CBRE in Italy where she has been Sales & Marketing Director since 2017. An economist by background, her experience includes spells at design, engineering, and project management consultancy Atkins in London and JLL in Italy where she became National Director – EMEA Account Manager for a multinational home appliance manufacturer. She has an EMEA wide role and lives in Italy and will be based in Cushman & Wakefield’s office in Milan. 

In addition, Fernanda Perina, an experienced project manager from Cushman & Wakefield’s PDS team in Spain, has also transferred into the PDS EMEA Account Management team and will report to Bastoni. 

Kris Willson joins later this month as a Partner in the UK from JLL where he has spent 11 years and currently manages accounts for capital projects and design and advisory services across EMEA. With extensive experience in the UK and Europe, he also served as Programme Manager PMO and Global Account Director PMO for a multinational technology firm client. At Cushman & Wakefield, he will have an EMEA wide role as the PDS account lead for a major EMEA corporate account.

Gillian Bullen also joined as Head of Operations, a role she previously held at sustainable self storage solutions leader Janus International Europe, towards the end of last year.
