Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services business has extended its service offering in EMEA to include operational asset management solutions alongside property management, ESG, placemaking and related asset services.
The new service delivers tailored operational asset management solutions for Asset Services’ investor clients, ranging from individual support tasks up to a fully comprehensive offering across the region. Available through a flexible ‘menu’, the services are customised to individual client, fund and property needs and include due diligence support, business plan development, capex and tenant improvement management, capital investment, ESG strategy and implementation, lease strategy and tenant negotiation.
Clients can also benefit from seamless 360° Cushman & Wakefield support across the lifecycle of an asset or portfolio, including underwriting and acquisition evaluation, leasing, property purchase and sales support, research, project management, design & build, debt advisory, valuation, and disposition.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services EMEA business is a key pillar of its Investor Services platform, delivering expert property management and related services on behalf of clients across all sectors and responsible for approximately 34 million squares of managed property in EMEA.

Damien Revon, who was previously Cushman & Wakefield’s Head of Asset Services France, has taken responsibility for the operational asset management solutions offer. He has broad asset management experience from previous roles such as Principal of the Pan-European Value-added Funds and Deputy Fund Manager of the Pan-European Core Fund at CBRE Investment Management.
