Cushman & Wakefield Appoints Daryl Perry As Head of UK Research & Insight

Global real estate advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Daryl Perry as Head of UK Research & Insight.

Based in London, Perry will be responsible for leading the UK Research & Insight team, delivering value-adding market insight across offices, retail, logistics and industrial and specialist markets, as well as thought leadership on emerging trends and issues.

Perry will work closely with the firm’s subject matter experts and analysts to deliver innovative data-driven insight and analysis for its clients across all property sectors, consolidating Cushman & Wakefield’s position as an industry leader.

Perry joins Cushman & Wakefield from Avison Young, where he held the role of UK Head of Insight since 2018. Perry was at Avison Young for more than 15 years, starting as a researcher when the company was formerly named GVA.
