London, 07 October 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield has been recognised for its role as Project Manager on digital payment company Dojo’s head office in London, which won the British Council for Offices (BCO) National Award 2022 in the Fit Out of Workspace category.
After Cushman & Wakefield’s London Offices team, led by Ben Cullen, acted for Dojo in identifying and leasing c.33,000 square feet across two floors at Derwent London’s Brunel Building in Paddington, its Project Management team, led by Amy Cooper, was responsible for managing the Category B fit out process.
Working in close collaboration with client Dojo, architect and interior designer BDG, and the rest of the professional design team and contractor this was completed on time and on budget.
Lynette Lacey, Senior Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “This award underpins the Dojo founders’ vision for an office that truly inspires the workforce. The fit out process itself took place during the height of the pandemic which posed some interesting project challenges around logistics, procurement, and resourcing. There was a real need to be adaptable and it was extremely satisfying to manage a path through these challenges and see a stunning workplace come to life.”
