Cushman & Wakefield Expands UK Research & Insight Team

London, 24 January 2023 – Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Kiran Patel as an Associate Director within its UK Research & Insight team, focusing on the offices sector.
Patel joins the firm from AND London where he led the research and insight function as Director of Insight & Research, consulting with clients to provide comprehensive thought leadership and data analysis to inform building design and planning decisions. Prior to this role, Patel held research roles at Avison Young and Underdog Collective and has a strong track record of delivering data-led research projects.
