Senior figure was COO of CBRE’s UK Property Management business
London, 17 July 2023 –Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Andrea Penman as Head of UK Asset Services. She succeeds Nick Ridley who is leaving to start his own business after 22 years with the real estate services firm.
Penman – known as Andie – was most recently Chief Operating Officer of CBRE’s UK Property Management business. She spent more than six years at CBRE, following senior property and facilities management roles in the legal sector. Previously, she was Estates Director for Broadgate Estates.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services business provides property management, operational asset management, ESG, placemaking and related asset services across approximately 35 million square metres of commercial property in Europe.

Penman and Ridley will work together on a smooth transition of responsibilities, before Ridley leaves the firm.
