Bouvet takes on the role alongside his leadership of the UK Retail & Leisure team
London, 20 July 2023 –Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Dominic Bouvet as Regional Managing Partner for London & the South East.
Bouvet joined Cushman & Wakefield five years ago to manage the expansion of its EMEA Cross Border retail & leisure business. Since 2020, he has led the UK Retail & Leisure team, which is active on many high-profile instructions across the capital and surrounding areas. These include Westfield London & Westfield Stratford City, Battersea Power Station, The Crown Estate London portfolio, Shaftesbury Capital, Centre Court Shopping Centre in Wimbledon, Brent Cross and Grand Arcade, Cambridge.
He will continue to head up the team alongside his new responsibilities joining up the firm’s business in London & the South East across Divisions, Services and Sectors and driving new business.

Dominic will work closely with Jon Leedham, Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Regional Network and Regional Managing Partner for the Midlands, and the firm’s other Regional Managing Partners; Murray Strang (Scotland), Keith Hardman (Yorkshire & North East), Caroline Baker (North West) and Tim Davies (South West & Wales).
