Tors Hayward and Alice Vaughan join as Associates
Global real estate advisors, Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Tors Hayward and Alice Vaughan as Associates within its Central London Retail & Leisure team.
Hayward joins the firm from Hanover Green Retail where she advised landlords and occupiers on strategic central London retail and leisure agency opportunities. Prior to this role she was a leasing manager at Hammerson. At Cushman & Wakefield she will focus on the team’s vast retail agency instructions within Central London.
Alice Vaughan joins Cushman & Wakefield from Quadrant Estates, where she oversaw asset management activities across a UK-wide retail portfolio. Prior to this role she held a Speciality Leasing position at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. She will work principally on Cushman & Wakefield’s restaurant and leisure instructions, working closely with Matt Ashman, Head of Leisure & Restaurants.
