• Megan Such Promoted to UK Head of Sustainability at the firm
Cushman & Wakefield has announced Megan Such as Head of Sustainability for the UK.
Such, a sustainability consultant who joined the firm four years ago, will lead the team that ensures the integration of sustainability into all owner, occupier, and investor client real estate activity across multiple sectors.
The team provides clients with the advice, knowledge, and guidance to develop strategies, enable and maintain compliance, manage climate risks, improve operational performance, and demonstrate impact through reporting and disclosure. Additionally, their expertise includes conducting ESG audits, delivering climate risk assessments and mitigation strategies, conducting net zero audits, and supporting the achievement of sustainable building certifications.
She succeeds Tony Comber, who remains at the firm and will oversee broader sustainability operations as UK Head of Building Engineering Services & Sustainability Lead.
Such has a national remit and will be based at the firm’s Yorkshire & Northeast regional hub in Leeds.
The UK Sustainability team plays a crucial role as part of Cushman & Wakefield’s wider EMEA Sustainability Services platform, headed by James Woodhead, supporting clients across Europe and globally.
Tony Comber said: “Embedding sustainability into client strategy is more essential than ever to meet growing investor pressure, consumer demand, and the latest regulatory requirements. Megan is a strong team leader and talented sustainability adviser, and her new expanded role will allow her to have an even greater impact on clients and colleagues at Cushman & Wakefield.”
Megan Such, UK Head of Sustainability, said: “I am looking forward to collaborating with colleagues to help our clients unlock sustainability success and support in their pursuit of a sustainable future. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity, and I look forward to building on the teams’ success.”
