- Rob Woods joins from CBRE and will be based at the firm’s Manchester office
MANCHESTER, 17 February 2025 – Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Rob Woods as a Partner to its UK Capital Markets team.
Woods brings more than 20 years’ experience in real estate advisory to the firm and was most recently a Senior Director in CBRE’s Capital Markets team. He has advised clients on commercial property transactions across all UK market sectors, including Abrdn, Arrow Capital, AVIVA, Blackbrook, Cabot Properties, CBRE IM, Fiera Capital, Firethorn, Tritax, Valor RE, and Wain Estates.
Woods, who was at Cushman & Wakefield earlier in his career, will collaborate with colleagues across UK Capital Markets service line and within the firm’s Retail, Logistics & Industrial team.
Based at Cushman & Wakefield’s Manchester office, his appointment will further strengthen the firm’s North West Capital Markets team, which provides specialist investment advice to national and regional clients across the different asset classes.
