Kelly works with occupier clients to help drive business transformation. Wherever there are time pressures, e.g. M&A environments, and decision making is critical, she controls and stabilises the process of translating business strategy into real estate delivery. 

She has supported clients within the PMO and excels at understanding their requirements and delivering bespoke solutions across the end to end property lifecycle.  

Kelly has a diverse exposure across the property industry, having worked within facilities services, asset management, property development and commercial real estate businesses, in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. 

Kelly has most recently worked with global food delivery company Just Eat where she was their acting Head of Property and Facilities for 16 months as Just Eat merged with Takeaway.com.  

She has previously supported similar transformations for Informa, seconded into their London HQ as their Interim Head of Real Estate EMEA.
