Richard Middleton is Head of Client Delivery EMEA for Global Occupier Services (GOS) – our service line focused on the world’s largest occupiers. These services include portfolio management, transaction management and project and facility management for many of the world’s leading corporations. 

Richard is also Global Head of Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) – responsible for ensuring that Cushman & Wakefield delivers practical portfolio strategies consistently across the globe. 

Richard brings over thirty years of real estate experience and has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 1997. He has a unique, global perspective having run both geographical and service line businesses in multiple parts of the world. 

A strategic thinker, Richard is well known as an inspiring and energizing leader, a change champion who gets things done. Richard believes that real estate has an opportunity and responsibility to help mitigate the impacts of climate change.
