Rob has specialised in the European Logistics & Industrial sector throughout his 31-year career at Cushman & Wakefield. He leads the EMEA wide Logistics & Industrial brokerage platform and advises Corporates in the sector. The advice encompasses acting for some of the leading international companies on the leasing and buying of warehouse property, portfolio planning and analysis, M&A real estate strategy and cost saving and capital realisation projects.

Rob is enthused by the fast-changing trends in the industry and has recently presented at conferences on "Workplace in the Warehouse", “Last Link Logistics” and "The Changing Face of Distribution".

Rob overseas a number of global clients in the sector including Tech Data, Tetra Pak, Essentra, Smiths Group, Brambles and FedEx.

Rob is a member of the EMEA Executive Leadership team at Cushman & Wakefield, and is an active member of both the IAMC and RICS.
