Stephen is Head of our EMEA Living Team based in London. He specialises in providing advice and transaction expertise to international and domestic investors on large-scale projects across Europe.

Stephen joined Cushman & Wakefield LLP in 1994. He is a partner of the firm and within the Cushman & Wakefield operation has held responsibilities as the resident Managing Partner for the Prague Office, Head of the Amsterdam office in 2003, Head of Capital Markets Group in Italy since 2007 and more recently responsible for our EMEA Group with particular focus on the Living Sector.

Stephen has over 30 years of professional experience in the real estate markets and has developed a wide range of valuable investor contacts across the world.

In addition to actively managing transactions on behalf of institutional clients, Stephen coordinates our European investment transaction teams together with our global network.
