With increased spending on healthcare and demand for in-person care, Health Care Service employment continued to rise across the region over the past year, including offices of physicians, dentists, and medical and diagnostic laboratories. Proceeding into the second half of 2023, the medical office sector will continue to draw interest from investors across other service lines.
