Travis Ives is a Managing Director and co-leads Cushman & Wakefield's U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Team based out of the firm's San Diego office. The team includes fellow investment sales professionals Gino Lollio (Chicago), Sushil Puria (Nashville) and Tyler Morss (New York). With more than $4 Billion in closed transactions, the team focuses exclusively on advising healthcare real estate investors and healthcare providers on acquisition, disposition and debt/equity strategies for real estate assets across the continuum of care.
Travis began his career in healthcare real estate in 2005 and joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010. For the first 10 years of his career he focused on leasing transactions representing both landlords and tenants of medical office buildings in Phoenix and San Diego. Travis transitioned to investment sales in 2015 to establish a national Healthcare Capital Markets Team for Cushman & Wakefield. He has been a featured panelist on various healthcare real estate conference series including BOMA, Revista, Connect, Interface, Globe St and Bisnow.
