CHICAGO, October 27, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading global real estate services firm, announced several promotions within the Asset Services Multifamily platform today.
The new roles will take effect November 1 and will report to Woody Stone, who will serve as President of U.S. Multifamily Asset Services after Rick Graf retires on December 31st. These new roles will provide national leadership over key initiatives, in addition to their regional roles.
- Tina West is promoted to Executive Managing Director. West will continue leading the West Region and will oversee the Mixed-Use platform.
- Kevin Charcut is promoted to Executive Managing Director. Charcut will continue leading the North Region and will oversee Construction Services.
- Greg Mark is promoted to Executive Managing Director. Mark will continue leading the East Region and will oversee the Single-Family-Rental (SFR) and Client Success platforms.
Additionally, Lisa McDonnell is promoted to Senior Managing Director with oversight of multifamily services across Texas. Her new role takes effect November 1.
