Phoenix, AZ – August 15, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has strengthened its industrial capital markets team in the Mountain West with the addition of Garrett Stasand. Stasand joins as a Director and will report up to Head of Equity, Debt & Structured Finance, Rob Rubano. He will work as part of the dominant industrial capital markets team in the Mountain West, led by Executive Vice Chairman Will Strong. Stasand will focus on placing debt for private capital industrial owners throughout the Mountain States.
Stasand’s private capital focus will work in close partnership with Cushman & Wakefield’s institutional debt coverage, which is led by Brian Share. Stasand will focus on originating, structuring and placing commercial real estate debt for clients. He previously served as a Vice President at CBRE.

In addition, Cheynne Giles, Senior Financial Analyst, has also recently joined the team and will perform financial analyses to drive informed investment decisions. Giles previously served as a Senior Financial Analyst in Cushman & Wakefield’s National Financial Analytics pool, where he supported the execution of financial analysis and valuation for the firm’s entire capital markets team.
The Mountain West Capital Markets team is recognized as a leader in the community and markets they cover, having brokered numerous prominent transactions in the region.
