Rachel started her career with Public Content as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager. She then moved to Compass, where she served as an Agent Experience Manager and received the Rookie of The Year Award for exemplary performance - ranked #1 out of 150 new team members nationally. Later, she served as a Strategic Growth Partner representing Houston, Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Nashville, and Midwest markets. Rachel was instrumental in Compass’ expansion efforts throughout the Central US in 2022.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing and Communications from the University of Mississippi Meek School of Journalism and New Media where she graduated Cum Laude. She minored in Business Administration and Studio Art.
