WTC sets a high bar for the sustainable retrofitting of historic properties, including solar panels, renewable energy and climate control systems. It started out at a “G” energy rating, and together we brought it up to “A++”.

Taking the lead from our client, Savanna, our team helped modernize all 1.5 million sqm, to save over 4.4 million kilowatt-hours of electricity - 20% less than the previous year.

Hektar Nektar Program, Germany

We partnered with Hektar Nektar, on ‘Project 2028’, an initiative to protect the regional bee population and increase their number by 10% by 2028. We’ve given 500,000 honeybees a new home close to each of our German locations. Our beehives, complete with Cushman & Wakefield door signs, are buzzing with life and not only producing amazing honey but are also helping rebalance the ecosystem.
