Stockholm, 17 mars 2020 – Klara Norra Fastigheter AB, avyttrar Repslagaren 34. Fastigheten, innehållande ca 6 200 kvm kontor, är belägen på Linnegatan 18 på Östermalm i Stockholm. Cushman & Wakefield och Landahl Advokatbyrå var säljarens rådgivare i transaktionen. Köpare är Genestas fond GNRE Fund III.
