Chris Cuff Appointed Regional Executive Director, Commercial Leasing

Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Cuff as Regional Executive Director, Commercial Leasing based in Singapore.

Chris has almost thirty years of corporate real estate experience with a focus on office leasing and broad experience across the Asia Pacific and global markets. Chris previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield for ten years in North America an office broker then for five years in China as General Manager of our Shanghai office and head of Greater China Brokerage. After leaving C&W in 2008, Chris held various senior regional roles within another large corporate real estate services firm then managed his own small consulting practice providing outsourcing and corporate real estate advisory services.

Mark Lampard, Executive Director and Head of Regional Tenant Representation and Commercial Leasing, Singapore said “Chris’ appointment is in line with the firm’s strategy to grow its commercial brokerage business in the region to better serve our clients. Corporate real estate in Asia is witnessing major shifts in landlord-tenant dynamics and we want to ensure our teams are able to provide real estate solutions to help our clients prepare for what’s next. We are very excited to have him back on board to help grow our commercial leasing businesses in Singapore and around the region.”

Over the course of his career, Chris has been involved in many landmark office leasing projects in the Asia Pacific region and has established good relationships with key occupiers and developers.
