Cushman & Wakefield Appoints Shankar Narayanasamy as Client Solutions Lead for Global Occupier Services, Asia Pacific

As the Client Solutions Lead for Asia Pacific, Shankar plays a pivotal role in leading our Solution & Commercial managers and analysts to develop tailored and integrated solutions based on specific client requirements. He will be responsible for developing compelling solution propositions, commercial modeling, operating budgets, staffing models, and labor costs for mid to large scale real estate outsourcing pursuits. Based in Singapore, he will work closely with the local businesses and sales teams to develop the best solution for client opportunities in Asia Pacific as part of the GOS global client solutions team.
With a career spanning over 18 years in corporate real estate and facilities management, Shankar has garnered extensive knowledge and experience in the operational, commercial, delivery and solutioning aspects of integrated real estate solutions for large enterprise clients from his previous roles in Sodexo and Johnson Controls.
