Carlos is responsible for the coordination of the different Retail Park projects since the development and commercialization, as well as the collaboration with the Capital Markets department for the investment and divestment of this type of assets.

He has extensive experience in project development from its conception with urban planning until its opening.

He maintains a close relationship with the main retail warehouse operators in Spain. He actively collaborates in the execution of Sale & Lease Back operations of operators.

He is responsible for the management and sale of tertiary land.

He is currently involved in the development of several Retail Parks in Spain, the sale of independent clusters of retail warehouses in the largest Retail Parks in Spain, as well as S&L operations and the sale of tertiary land.
