Óscar is the Director of Business Development of Projects and Development Services in Spain. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 after a 20-year experience in different construction, development and real estate consulting multinational companies, where he has held management positions.

Civil Engineer by Polytechnic University of Madrid the  and MBA in IE Business School, Óscar centralizes the relationship with customers by designing solutions for the challenges they pose, challenges across the range of services developed by the Project & Development Services department in Spain.

During his professional career, Óscar has participated in important Civil Engineering projects such as the construction of the Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas Airport or the M-30 highway tunnels in Madrid, as well as in the most important building and corporate headquarters rehabilitation projects of the last years.
