Robert leads the EMEA Cross Border Retail Agency team and the Spanish High Street occupier and investor team. He is a member of the EMEA Retail Board, EMEA Luxury Group and the Spanish Operational Board (National Head). He is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

- Ikea - Acted for Redevco on the letting of 2,200 m² to Ikea for their new city center format
- FC Barcelona - Acted on behalf of KKH Property on the letting of FC Barcelona´s global flagship
- Zara - Subletting on behalf of BBVA for one of the largest Zara flagships worldwide (5,300 m²)
- Five Guys - Acted for Five Guys on letting of their Barcelona flagship
- Urban Outfitters - Advised Deka for the letting of Urban Outfitters´ first Southern European store (1.800 m²)
- BMO - Advised BMO Real Estate Partners on the purchase of Plaça Catalunya 9 (Barcelona) and subsequent letting to Huawei (750 m²)
- AEW - Sale of Serrano 7 (Madrid) to AEW and subsequent letting to La Caixa Bank
