Cushman & Wakefield Appoints New Hospitality Sector Lead for UK & Ireland

London, 24 April 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield has named Ed Fitch as Head of Hospitality UK & Ireland.
 
In this new role, Fitch will be responsible for delivering best in class solutions for Cushman & Wakefield’s hospitality sector clients across its core service lines of Capital Markets, Development and Investor Services.  

Fitch has over 20 years’ experience in the hotel investment sector in Europe and Asia, with previous roles spanning strategic advisory, valuation and brokerage. He will oversee Cushman & Wakefield’s team of experienced UK hospitality service line leads, including Rob Seabrook who will take responsibility for UK Hotel Capital Markets and Development lead Richard Candey, while also working closely with highly-regarded Valuation specialist, Carl Ridgley.  

Between them, Cushman & Wakefield’s senior Hospitality leadership brings more than 100 years of industry experience and a proven track record of exceptional client service.  

Fitch will also retain leadership for Hospitality Capital Markets in the Benelux region, where Cushman & Wakefield has several active sales ongoing or due to launch.
